Are you a dedicated and experienced Social Worker looking to make a difference in safeguarding vulnerable children and adults? Join our dynamic team in West London as a Social Worker for our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH). You will play a vital role in assessing and coordinating responses to safeguarding concerns across agencies.

As a Social Worker on our MASH Team, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of safeguarding concerns raised, gathering information from multiple agencies to determine the level of risk and appropriate interventions.
• Coordinating multi-agency responses to safeguarding concerns, including liaising with partner agencies such as police, health, and education to gather relevant information and develop coordinated action plans.
• Providing advice and guidance to professionals and agencies on safeguarding matters, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to concerns.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of MASH processes and procedures, promoting best practice and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
